Job Description
Premio Travels & Tours is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Officer to be a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Manage complaints and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records and accounts.

Requirements:
