Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist at Prima Systems. In this role, you will assist patients via phone, email, and chat to facilitate their appointment scheduling and rescheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Maintain patient records in the EMR/EHR system.
- Verify patient insurance information.
- Educate patients on appointment procedures.
Requirements: Experience in customer support or patient support, strong communication skills, and proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
