A leading Telecom company is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive (Premium) to join our team in Karachi.
Designation: Customer Care Executive (Premium)
Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi
Salary: Rs 45,00 + Rs 15,00 KPI Incentive
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Deliver personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Escalate issues to supervisors as necessary.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate / Graduation
