Job Description
Progatix seeks a Customer Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for our ERP suite. The role includes troubleshooting ERP issues, advising users on accounting, finance, and inventory modules, documenting support tickets, and coordinating with Development, QA, and Implementation teams. The position also entails conducting product demonstrations and end-user training.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; 1–3 years in ERP or business software support; strong accounting knowledge; excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills; proficiency with MS Office and ticketing systems.
- Preferred: experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; basic SQL; prior IT/software support experience.
