Job Description
Promethium is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding English communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and possess a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
Key responsibilities include delivering real-time chat support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating effectively with team members. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in customer support.
