Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Real Estate Transfer Documentation Officer to oversee the property transfer documentation process. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary between PKR 50,00 and 70,00 per month.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and validating transfer documents, coordinating with all parties involved, maintaining organized records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Qualified applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional organizational skills are required.
