Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Team Leader to manage our takeaway and delivery operations. Key responsibilities include leading the call center team, ensuring effective communication between agents, kitchen, and delivery personnel, and monitoring order accuracy to guarantee customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for preparing daily order logs and reports, as well as training and evaluating call agents to enhance their performance.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in call center management, be proficient in both Urdu and English, possess familiarity with the food service industry, and be tech-savvy.
