Job Description
Quirky Concepts is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and detail-oriented WhatsApp Customer Support Executive to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee 2 to 3 WhatsApp business accounts, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and ensure precise order processing. Proficiency in Urdu and basic knowledge of English are essential for this position.
Job Timing: Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays off. Lunch will be provided.
Salary: Between Rs20,00.00 and Rs25,00.00 per month. This is a full-time, in-person position.
