Job Description

QwikFone is excited to announce an opportunity for a remote part-time Bookkeeper & Admin Coordinator. This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week (4 hours daily, Monday through Friday) and is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with robust skills in QuickBooks Online and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match outgoing expenses with corresponding receipts or invoices
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely payments
  • Categorize transactions and perform bank reconciliations
  • Collaborate efficiently with the accounting team and suppliers
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Must reside in Pakistan (preferably in Islamabad, Lahore, or Faisalabad)

Salary: Rs65,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
