Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is inviting applications for the position of Customer Relationship Officer. We are looking for a dedicated professional who excels in building and nurturing strong client relationships through telephone communication and face-to-face meetings, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing timely shipment updates, addressing service inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics industry. This position is based in Beaumont Plaza, Karachi, and is open to female candidates only. This is a full-time role.
