Job Description
Are you dedicated to identifying talent and fostering robust teams? Recruitech Solutions is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop and post compelling job advertisements, and source and screen candidates. Your responsibilities will also include conducting initial interviews and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Create and publish job advertisements.
- Source and evaluate potential candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1–3 years of experience, and excellent communication skills are essential. Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Location: In-person.
