Job Description
Recruitech Solutions is looking for a motivated Night Shift Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating outreach, generating leads, and managing a pipeline of prospective clients while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently conduct cold calls, send text messages, and email potential clients.
- Document outreach efforts and results in spreadsheets.
- Make between 100-200 calls daily.
- Source client contact information from various directories.
- Transfer interested clients to the Team Lead promptly.
