Job Description

Redcube Technologies LLC seeks a professional Customer Support Executive to manage international customer communications (phone, email, chat, social media). Responsibilities include processing orders, managing shipping and returns/exchanges, offering product guidance, and coordinating with production and operations.

• Requirements: excellent spoken and written English; 1–2 years of customer support experience (e‑commerce preferred); strong problem-solving and multitasking skills; patient, positive attitude.
• Full-time, in-person role serving customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
