Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing technical problems via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintaining accurate customer records within our ticketing system.
• Traveling to multiple locations as required.
• Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of experience and proficient English communication skills.

Work hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with shifts until 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Positions available include full-time, internship, and freshers. Please note that this role requires in-person attendance.
