Viper Group is on the lookout for motivated Admin & Office Assistant Interns to enhance our internal administrative operations, manage documentation, and assist with various office tasks. As an intern in this position, your responsibilities will include supporting hiring processes by contacting candidates and scheduling interviews, handling phone calls and client communications, managing office emails and correspondence primarily in English, and providing general on-site administrative support. Additionally, you will report daily activities to management and help organize schedules and calendars for our CxOs.

What You’ll Gain: Acquire practical experience in IT, marketing, and administration within a professional environment.

Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
