RepairDesk is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will provide exceptional support via chat, phone, and email. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary, and maintaining effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will utilize JIRA and ZOHO for ticket tracking and issue management, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline and prior experience in similar roles are required.
