Job Description
Resco Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure timely complaint resolution, and uphold SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitments. This full-time, in-person role offers Rs75,00–Rs85,00 per month.
- Coordinate with support teams for deployments and issue remediation.
- Track complaints to closure and monitor SLA compliance.
- Prepare concise service reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or a related field; 3–4 years’ CRM or customer service experience (IT/system integration preferred). Excellent communication, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills, with a customer-first mindset, are required.
