Job Description
Resource Service Group (RSG) is currently hiring for our inbound customer service department!
Location: 21A, Block Q Gulberg 2, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls with exceptional phone contact skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and overtime if required.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Assist customers with order placements, refunds, and exchanges.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs85,00.00 per month.
Priority will be given to candidates with prior call center experience.
