We are actively looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager to lead a team of 10 Relationship Officers. This position is responsible for overseeing outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing RWF membership, tracking sales goals, and providing team training. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Development Studies, accompanied by 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
