Key Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty, students, and staff in utilizing the LMS effectively.
- Manage and update course materials and digital resources within the LMS.
- Resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT support.
- Provide training for staff on various LMS features.
- Collaborate with teams for content updates and assessment uploads.
- Generate insightful usage and performance reports.
- Integrate innovative e-learning tools to enhance user experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, with 1-2 years of LMS administration experience preferred.
