Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer complaints and technical inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to address questions from our website and social media platforms.
- Create and manage new service tickets effectively.
- Assist customers with billing-related inquiries.
- Work collaboratively to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed accurately.
Requirements:
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in the US market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ZOHO CRM is advantageous.
- High energy and a strong desire to learn.
Location: Masood Arcade, IJP Road, Islamabad. Shift: 6 PM – 2 AM or 7 PM – 3 AM. Salary: Rs 40,00 – Rs 50,00 per month.
