Job Description
Salma Kafeel Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to support our daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will manage front desk duties including handling emails, managing mail, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Responsibilities also include overseeing admissions and discharges, coordinating patient care, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries, either in person or over the phone. The ideal applicant will have experience in patient relations and possess strong spoken and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs28,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
