Job Description
We are seeking a Winback and Collections Specialist to reengage lapsed customers and recover past-due balances. You will proactively contact accounts via phone, email, and SMS to restore services, negotiate payment arrangements, and accurately record interactions in our CRM. The role requires achieving recovery targets and coordinating with billing and legal teams to resolve escalations.
- Proven experience in collections or customer retention and strong negotiation skills
- Basic financial literacy and proficiency with CRM systems
- Ability to work to KPIs, protect sensitive data, and remain professional under pressure
