Job Description
Join our team at Savvital as a Freight Dispatch Associate, where you will play a critical role in managing the logistics of our trucking operations. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
- Scheduling freight pickups and deliveries
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Reviewing logs of truck drivers
- Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes, and times
- Completing shipment paperwork, including invoices
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines
