Job Description
Scalease is currently looking for dedicated Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialists / Appointment Setters for our US campaign. This is a full-time role during the night shift, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. We encourage both male and female applicants to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Keep accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Achieve weekly performance targets.
Requirements: Strong English communication skills, confidence in making calls, and prior experience are preferred.
Compensation: Monthly salary of PKR 40,00 – 60,00, plus commissions and bonuses. Transportation is provided for female candidates.
