Job Description
Secure Logistics Group (Pvt) Ltd is actively hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR policies, enhancing employee relations, crafting job descriptions, and performing various HR management functions.
Preferred qualifications include:
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Management
- Proven experience in Employee Relations
- Strong skills in Job Description Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of local labor laws and regulations
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous
