Job Description
SEER SOLUTIONS DMCC is looking for a skilled HR and Admin Officer to enhance our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess 6-8 years of relevant experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, assist in recruitment processes, coordinate training initiatives, and maintain precise employee records. You will also manage office administration tasks, facilitate effective communication, and help foster a professional working environment.
This position requires fluency in both English and Urdu, strong skills in MS Office and ERP systems, and exceptional communication abilities.
