Job Description
Sehar Foods is seeking a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee product inspections, identify and report defects, and coordinate corrective actions with production teams. The role requires maintaining accurate QC records and SKU tracking, documenting and recommending process improvements, and supporting the development and implementation of QA plans. Conduct daily quality rounds across hygiene, packing, filling, and production to ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, clear reporting, and effective teamwork to drive continuous improvement and reliable product quality.
