Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and manage daily HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance.
- Organize and plan employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Preferred experience: 1+ year in HR.
