Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Team Lead to oversee and support our Customer Support team at Shafaq n Kami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring the CSR team to achieve organizational targets, monitoring performance while providing effective coaching. You will manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions while implementing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency. Upholding professionalism and embodying our company values is essential in this role.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and Urdu, 3-4 years of leadership experience, and strong communication skills are required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month
