Job Description
Shafaq n Kami Salon is looking for a motivated and personable Female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to represent our brand. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls while addressing customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues effectively and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell salon services to maximize client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and conduct follow-ups with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in tele-sales or call center environments.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
