Shafaq n Kami Salon is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this essential role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, responding to inquiries, converting leads, upselling services, and delivering outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Promote appropriate services and packages
- Follow up on leads to enhance conversion rates
- Document daily appointments and feedback
