Job Description
Shahnawaz Pvt Limited is seeking an HR Associate to play a vital role in fostering employee engagement and retention. Key responsibilities for this position include drafting job descriptions, managing employee assignments, overseeing task reassignments, and developing engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing exit interview feedback and creating key performance indicators to improve talent retention.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Exceptional communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently, are essential for success in this role.
The salary for this position starts at Rs60,00.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
