Job Description
Shan Communications is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Verifier Officer for a Full-time Night Shift.
Role Overview:
- Handle inbound calls and address inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and recommend services.
- Document interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications: High school diploma, 18+, strong communication skills, positive attitude.
