Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and personable Office Boy to join our Administration department. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Senior HR/Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, including tea, coffee, and water, for staff and visitors.
- Ensure cleanliness throughout the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and the reception area.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents efficiently.
- Coordinate basic maintenance and repairs of office equipment as needed.
- Support administrative staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications: Minimum Education: Matric / FA (Intermediate) Pass.
Salary: Up to Rs28,00.00 per month.
Work Location: In person.
