Job Description
SIAC Waste Management Services is looking for a committed HR Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily attendance matters, tracking employee attendance records, and maintaining comprehensive employee files.
Your duties will include preparing monthly reports, assisting with bank account openings, and acting as the main point of contact for employee grievances to ensure efficient HR operations in both rural and urban settings.
This position is available in either Chunian or Pattoki. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience is required.
