Simcoe IT is actively seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the Banking and Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of financial products and services, complemented by a proven track record in developing and implementing winning sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue potential clients.
- Evaluate and monitor sales performance.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in banking or insurance.
