Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Grocery Department Supervisor for a full-time, office-based position. Salary: PKR 40,00–60,00 per month. Shift: 12-hour rotation. Leaves: 4 per month.
- Oversee daily grocery operations and supervise staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
- Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, check expirations, replenish timely, and remove damaged items.
- Coordinate supplier orders and deliveries; ensure accurate labeling, pricing, and displays.
- Maintain cleanliness, handle customer complaints professionally, and support promotional activities.
- Prepare daily stock and sales reports.
Requirements: 2–3 years in grocery management or related role, strong FMCG and inventory knowledge, excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Work location: In person.
