Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide essential information to our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, handle complaints, follow up through phone or email, and inform them about additional beneficial products.
Your responsibilities will include efficiently addressing customer questions, escalating issues as needed, troubleshooting common problems, and collaborating with the team to devise effective solutions.
Job Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
Location: Jauhar Block 15
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 35,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month.
