Job Description

Skingen is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent (preferably female) to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English, enabling effective resolution of customer queries related to our products, as well as management of social media content.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage customer feedback and complaints.
  • Implement customer service principles and best practices.
  • Maintain high service standards to enhance sales.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Uphold the company’s core values during customer interactions.

Qualifications:

– 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar field.

– Proficiency in cold calling.

– Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
