Job Description
We are seeking an organized and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in recruitment and onboarding by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials. You will maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Your responsibilities will include supporting payroll processing, assisting with employee benefits, and communicating HR policies. You’ll also coordinate training sessions, engage employees through activities, and prepare HR reports.
