Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, onsite Operations Team Leader to oversee our US-based ACA/Medicare/FE/MVA campaign in Islamabad (I-9/I-10). The role requires leading, coaching, and motivating agents to consistently achieve performance targets and uphold service standards.
- Requirements: BPO/call center experience, demonstrated team-building, coaching, and leadership skills, and a minimum of 6 months in a similar supervisory role.
- Compensation: Base pay up to Rs100,00/month plus performance bonuses.
