Job Description
SmartTalent is seeking a Grocery Mart Manager to oversee daily operations with a focus on timely order fulfillment and performance monitoring. In this pivotal role, you will manage inventory levels, collaborate with procurement teams, and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage.
As a leader, you will be responsible for hiring and training staff while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will utilize warehouse management systems for effective inventory tracking and resolve any system issues that may arise.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs80,00.00. Please note that this role involves working on the road.
