Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Support Associate to provide high-quality client service and serve as the primary contact for key accounts. You will resolve complex technical and service issues, manage escalations, and coordinate cross-functional responses to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate account records and CRM data.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs.
Qualifications: at least three years of experience in client support or account management, strong written and verbal communication, CRM proficiency, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
