Job Description
Starlet Innovations Pvt (Ltd) is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager in Learning & Development. In this role, you will assist in designing and implementing various programs such as onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance training. You will also be responsible for preparing the annual training calendar.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institute
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
