Job Description
Sukoon Wellness Pvt Ltd. is looking for skilled pharmaceutical customer service representatives to join our corporate office team. This role involves confirming and verifying customer orders, ensuring accuracy in customer information and order specifications, and responding to inquiries professionally. Additionally, you will provide support for product and shipping queries and document customer interactions in our order system. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for order tracking is essential.
Qualifications: A degree in the medical or pharmacy field, 1-2 years of experience in customer service or as a medical representative, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple calls effectively are required.
