Job Description
We are actively looking for an HR Coordinator who has the opportunity for permanent employment with Supply Chain Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This role also encompasses managing the recruitment process and ensuring that HR policies remain current. Key responsibilities include payroll preparation, maintaining employee records, and overseeing daily HR operations.
To qualify, candidates must hold a BBA or MBA degree and possess 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are required, along with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employment contracts.
This position operates on UK shifts and is based in Bahria Town Karachi. The salary ranges from Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month.
