Job Description
SWATX is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing accurate information regarding our products and services. Your key duties will include resolving customer complaints, maintaining precise documentation in our CRM system, and collaborating effectively with team members to ensure outstanding service delivery.
We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience in customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations are essential. Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable, and knowledge of English is an added advantage.
