Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Intern to join our team at Sybrid Lahore. As a Customer Service Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with relevant departments for follow-ups
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the line manager
