Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, a member of The Lakson Group of Companies, is currently seeking a committed System Support Engineer to enhance our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users concerning hardware, software, and network-related issues. Key duties include the installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and printers, as well as the timely resolution of service desk tickets.
Your role will also involve monitoring system performance, maintaining IT infrastructure, coordinating with vendors for repairs, and supporting IT projects. The offered salary is up to Rs40,00.00 per month, and this is an in-person position.
